ABCD operates the following Transportation Services with an average daily ridership of 250 people.

1.  Title III - A contract with the Area Agency on Aging, 10B, Inc. enables door to door service to be provided to the elderly citizens throughout the county on both a fixed route and demand-responsive basis.

2.  Title XX - A contract with the Stark County Department of Job and Family Services enables service to low income individuals and individuals making the transition from public assistance to self-sufficiency.

3.  Medicaid - ABCD provides services for people needing trips to medical services.

4.  Private Contracts - ABCD contracts with various businesses, social service providers and churches to provide transportation services for their respective constituents.
